The most exciting and innovative cultural journey at sea is setting course for Morocco.

The most exciting and innovative cultural journey at sea is setting course for Morocco. From September 20 to 29 in Tangier, and from October 11 to 17 in Rabat, the majestic 47-meter catamaran, the world's first museum ship, will welcome up to 2,000 visitors a day, transforming art into an immersive experience, thanks to the extraordinary collaboration of the Musée du Louvre and IRCAM. Conceived by Frédéric Jousset, the festival is an adventure that connects artists, cultural institutions, and local communities to celebrate contemporary creation. Each stop, curated by a local director – in Morocco, Laila Hida, an artist and curator from Marrakech – offers a unique program tied to the local context. The exhibition village on the port docks will host extraordinary exhibitions: “Contro; Corrente,” which explores the Mediterranean in the context of migration and exile through photography and moving images in the Arab world, and "A Journey Through Time and Space" in the Virtual Reality Pavilion, which will transport visitors to ancient cities from Palmyra to Mosul and to the wonders of the Mediterranean, discovering the golden age of Alexandria, Athens, and Venice. In the Central Pavilion, the exhibition "Sous l'azur" will take visitors to the depths of the Mediterranean, a ballet of myths and imagination 20,000 leagues under the sea, thanks to twenty artists who share a common inspiration found in the Mediterranean’s vast territory. Just 50 minutes from Tangier, La Fiermontina Ocean, our eco-retreat born from a major community development project, offers an unforgettable stay; while in Rabat, the incredible Fondation Orient-Occident, founded 30 years ago to promote integration and intercultural dialogue, is worth a visit. Particularly noteworthy is the embroidery and sewing workshop featuring handmade clothing and accessories by migrant and refugee women under the brand Migrands du Monde.
