Welcoming you is our bartender Angelo Montefusco, who has translated stories into flavors and scents. He has chosen certain personalities and paired them with ingredients, transforming them into exquisite recipes.
Take, for example, The Italiano's Punch, dedicated to Enzo Fiermonte, the uncle of the current owners, a famous boxer and Hollywood actor who fell in love with Lady Astor, the wealthy American heiress and Titanic survivor, to whom a wonderful suite is dedicated. An American cocktail with an Italian twist, it reflects Enzo's spirit and pays homage to his boxing career. Chocolate, an energizing ingredient, mirrors his vitality. Campari and sweet Vermouth from Turin represent Italy, his homeland, while Bourbon symbolizes the USA, where he sought a better life. The tarallo crumble embodies his Apulian roots, and the tomato tells the story of Enzo's journey from America to Italy, where the "American" fruit became a beloved ingredient.
